Meltdown of a lead breakage equipment  transportation.

SWTrans carried out transportation of  a  lead breakage equipment  transortation  on the route: Rho (Italy) – Lubeck port (Germany) - St.-Petersburg (Russia) – Voskresensk (Russia).

The transportation was accomplished by 2 vehicles (MAN and International) plus escort cars (from two up to six cars depending on the country).

The preparatory stage took 7 weeks and the delivery itself took 2 weeks. Complexity of this transportation was caused by the size of the cargo and also by weather conditions. Ice, snowfalls and  fog, which made the cars stay still  for three days. Bridges and narrow sites of the road made it necessary to block the traffic by escort cars several times.
