Off-road fire truck transortation.

 

Company SWTrans has carried out transportation of off-road fire truck for heavy fires of high complexity at oil refining plans. The machines were transported from the territory of Torzhoksky fire-fighting technologies plant at Torzhok city (Tver region) to Perm.

Route length – 1600 km.

The transportation was accomplished by 3 road trains. In all 10 fire-fighting vehicles were delivered in 2 months.

Road train dimensions:  24 x 3,4 x 4,3 (length x width x height) Weight – 38 tons

Complexity of transportation consisted in excess of dimensions of cargo on height and length. As the cargo was oversized WTrans gathered all the  special permissions and  worked out detailed the route which was coordinated with local administration.
