Overhead crane transortation.

Within the framework of "Pervouralsk" project apart from heavy equipment, parts of bridge cranes each being 33 meters long were delivered. Each convoy comprised of several road trains as the cargoes couldn’t be divided in two kinds: lengthy and heavy, so the transportation had to be paid extra attention.

Lengthy cargo passes narrow turns with difficulties, but there is no problem with it on bridges that has transport weight restrictions. Weighty loads on the contrary, should be carried avoiding fragile bridges, but the narrowness of turns does not affect their movement. So SWTrans had to work out the route satisfying the needs of both kinds of cargoes. The cargo was accompanied by civil and traffic police escort.
