As the priority National projects were emerging in Russia, Government started to pump financing into the infrastructure, which was an inheritance from USSR days.
SWTrans won the tender for delivery of medical modules, within the frame of National Health Project. The goal was clear – modules from Turkey and Germany have had to be delivered to mounting sites in Astrakhan, Tcheboxary, Tchelyabinsk, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk. Unusual routes were a result from new approach in construction.
Besides the salary increase and new equipment implementation, a highly ambitious aim has to be given birth – to construct Federal Healthcare centers at widespread provincial regions. We have to express that, not a usual type of construction has to be used, with bricks and concrete, that could be frozen at any step. Module construction enables shortening of construction period, and does not depend on material supply. First, making of module, and later a ready room with all inserted communications, does not take much time. Second, the blocks are more applicable for transportation, and so, for quick delivery. Third, mounting and siding could be completed smoothly, and ready-made HealthCenter will be in operation in about three months.
